Soak red beans at least half a day in advance.

Put the sago in a boiling pot and cook until only the white spots in the middle are left. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Pour cold water several times and set aside.

Put the red beans in the pan and cook them.

Cook until the red beans are soft but do not bloom. Add brown sugar and continue to cook until the soup is dried. Pour in honey and the honey red beans are ready.

Blanch almonds with water for later use.
