One pork tenderloin,(about 1 catty)

Cut into large slices.

Put it into a container and add five-spice powder, pepper noodles, cooking wine, white sugar, soy sauce, salt, and chopped onions and ginger.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add eggs and starch and stir well.

Put the oil in the pan, heat it to 60% heat, add the meat piece by piece, and fry it until 80% cooked.

Remove and control the oil for later use.
