Steps for Roast duck stewed old zucchini

First peel and slice the old zucchini for later use.

Heat the pan and pour a little olive oil into the ginger and garlic.

Pour the roast duck into it and saute until fragrant. Add a little soy sauce and white sugar.

Add the old zucchini and stir-fry.

Stir in a little salt, pepper and water, cover and simmer.

Simmer for about ten minutes until the old zucchini is soft and rotten. Open the lid and add chopped green onion. Remove heat and serve.
