Steps for stir-fry conch meat

Wash the conch meat, soak ginger, pepper and garlic and cut it.

Put corn oil in the pan and heat until 60% hot.

Add watercress and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped pickled ginger, pickled peppers and garlic and stir-fry. Stir fry until it smells like ginger and garlic. Then add the pepper and stir fry until fragrant.

Then turn the dressing aside. Pour in the conch meat and stir fry.

Mix and stir fry, add soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar to taste

Finally, add the spring onion and stir fry twice, add a little MSG and remove from the pan.
