Just mix the dough with a proper amount of pumpkin, flour, and glutinous rice flour without thinning. Roll the dough into strips, divide it into equal parts and knead it into balls. I don't have a rolling pin, so I apply dry flour to my hands and press the dough into thin slices.

Wrap in a proper amount of rose and honey beans mixed with rose sauce and honey beans to make filling, then knead round and press into a cake.

Put it in a pan and bake it on the kang. I hate being greasy so I don't put oil in it.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes, with the dough turned every 3-4 minutes in between, and it will be fine. Bite it open and have a look. Isn't it great?
