Steps for Shuishui duck

Muscovy duck meat is relatively thick. Wash it and control the water.

Cut garlic and pepper soaked in soy sauce, ginger, and raw garlic into large slices

Sour bamboo shoots slices

stir-fry duck meat in an empty pot with cold oil and medium heat

Stir fry for a few minutes and you will see water coming out. Continue to fry dry, otherwise it will smell fishy.

After frying in dry water, add oil and sour garlic, stir fry ginger and raw garlic to give aroma

Add sour bamboo shoots, beer, rock sugar, cover over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes
