Steps for Sweet potato low-sugar cookies

1
Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices.
2
Cover, place in the microwave, and heat until cooked.
3
Sieve the cooked sweet potatoes into mashed potatoes. The sifted sweet potato mashed will taste better. If you like rough taste, you can not go through the sieve. In addition, the holes of the sieve should be slightly larger for easy passage.
4
Cut the butter into pieces and soften at room temperature.
5
Then add powdered sugar and stir.
6
Whisk and add an egg yolk.
7
Add the sifted sweet potato mashed and stir well.
8
Pour in the sifted flour.
9
Press gently and make dough. Don't make it like making bread, which will easily show muscles.
10
Put it in a crisper bag, press it into 0.4 cm thin slices with a rolling pin and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to give the dough pieces a time to relax.
11
After taking it out, tear off the fresh-keeping bag and use a mold to press into the shape of the cookie.
12
Lay all cookies flat on a baking sheet, piercing some small eyes with a fork, leaving some space around them.
13
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees, middle layer, for about 15 -20 minutes.
