Steps for Crystal jelly

A piece of pig skin, wash it.

Blanch the water for five minutes.

Scrape off the grease inside.

Cut into thin strips.

Add water and salt to the pan, and add the pig skin.

Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly over low heat for an hour and a half.

Put it in a box after it cools.

Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
