Steps for Focacha

1
Put warm water in a bread bucket and add yeast to dissolve.
2
Add flour, sugar, and salt.
3
Turn on the bread maker and mix slowly with the help of chopsticks when mixing slowly.
4
Add 10 grams of olive oil when fluffy.
5
Then knead the dough.
6
Cut the garlic into slices.
7
Take out the dough when it is fermented to twice its size.
8
Place it on a board and knead it into a smooth ball. Place in a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and simmer for 10 minutes.
9
Apply olive oil to your hands and press the surface into a round shape, about 20 to 25 cm in diameter (the surface is a little sticky to your hands, so I smeared 1 tablespoon of oil on it with my hand).
10
Then use scissors to cut the dough into small holes, put the garlic in, cover with plastic wrap, and place it in the oven to ferment for 20 minutes. (Garlic can also be turned into ham or basil)
11
Remove and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
12
Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
