Steps for Bacon rolls

1
Knead dough with flour, water, baking powder, and sugar, and leave in a warm place (30 degrees C) to ferment for 60 minutes.
2
Chop the green onions and bacon for later use.
3
After exhausting the dough, roll it into 5mm thick discs.
4
Sprinkle with salt evenly, pour in the cooking oil evenly, and sprinkle with spring onions and bacon evenly.
5
Roll it into a cylinder.
6
Cut 12 pieces, take a cut surface, punch it up and lengthen it slightly, turn the ends down and align them and pinch them (I pinched them loose).
7
Fermentation twice in a warm place at 30 degrees for 30 minutes (I put it in a warm pot in winter).
8
Finally, put the boiling pot on medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 2 minutes, and then remove the cover.
