Steps for stir-fried leeks with konjac

Prepare materials.

Wash the leeks and cut them into sections.

Cut konjac into strips and soak in clear water for half an hour to remove excess alkali taste.

Plate for later use.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add leeks and dried shrimps, cut millet and spicy rice, a little salt, and stir fry quickly.

Re-start the pan and put in appropriate amount of oil, put konjac strips into the pan, stir-fry for three minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, and soy sauce.
