Stewed bird's nest with crystal sugar and white fungus

Wash the bird's nest and soak it in cold water for 3 hours until the soaking hair becomes soft2
After soaking the tremella, wash off the sand inside, and then tear it into small flowers for later use

Add appropriate amount of water (I use the water used to soak the bird's nest directly), rock sugar, tremella and washed Gouqi into the stew cup, plug in the power and stew for at least 3 hours until the bird's nest and tremella are crisp.
