Steps for Wheat-flavored walnut bread

1
Mix the soup ingredients, stir well, heat them over low heat to a paste, let cool, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2
Then combine the soup seeds with the main dough ingredients (except butter and crushed walnuts), knead until the surface is smooth and elastic, add butter, and knead until expansion.
3
Then add the chopped walnuts. I use freshly mashed walnuts. Knead in chopped walnuts and carry out basic fermentation until twice the size.
4
Remove the dough, press it flat and exhaust it, divide it into four equal parts, and relax for 10 minutes.
5
Roll out the relaxed dough.
6
Shape it into an olive shape.
7
Place it into a baking sheet for secondary fermentation. I use the oven for secondary fermentation, put a bowl of warm water in the oven, and then turn the oven to the "fermentation" function. It takes about 30 minutes to ferment.
8
After secondary fermentation, preheat the oven at 180 degrees C, brush the dough surface with egg white, and sprinkle with germ.
9
Put the dough in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Look at that dough, it's holding against the oven door! Cute!
