Steps for strawberry jam

1
Rinse fresh strawberries (do not remove leaves) with tap water, soak them in light salt water for 5 minutes, remove them, wash them with cold boiling water, and remove the leaves.
2
Use a blender to make a puree, or crush it with your hands so that you will feel like pulp when eating.
3
Pour into a non-stick pan.
4
Start cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Picture) Some juice is coming out.
5
Turn the fire to a low level. Keep stirring throughout the entire process and cannot be lazy. Otherwise, the bottom of the pot will burn when boiling.
6
Boil and boil ~ When it is a little sticky, you can add white sugar in this step. Because I added honey and I had to continue cooking.
7
(Picture shown) Turn off the heat when it is cooked very thick. Set aside, add appropriate amount of honey when warm and stir well.

Home-made jam does not add any additives, which is nutritious and healthy!
