Steps for Fried Udon Noodles with Longli Fish

Wash the longli fish and dice it, add white pepper powder, starch, and egg white and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash and dice all raw materials for later use.

Remove the oil from the oil pan, heat the pan and cool the oil, add the diced longli fish, change color and serve.

Leave the oil in the pan and add the black fungus.

Add onions when the black fungus starts to pop.

After the onions change color, add diced mushrooms and diced bamboo shoots.

After the mushrooms are soft, add diced green pepper.

After frying briefly, add udon noodles, previously stir-fried longli fish, black bean chili sauce and oil sauce and stir-fry well.
