Steps for Spicy tofu

Prepare the materials.

Cut chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and garlic slices.

Mix water and starch for later use.

Wash the tofu and cut it into small pieces.

Pour the oil into the pan and saute the ginger, garlic and scallions until fragrant.

Then add the minced pork and stir fry until color changes.

Add tofu, add 1 tablespoon of bean paste, 1/2 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and slowly stir and stir well.

Add water and cover the tofu.

Cook slowly over medium to medium heat for about 5 minutes until well seasoned.
