Steps for Pepper shredded radish

1
Wash, peel, shred, and marinate with a little salt. The purpose is to drain some water from the radish for easy flavor. After the shredded radish is out of the water, squeeze out the water, then add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to set aside (do not mix first)
2
Pour a little oil and dried pepper into a small spoon, turn the gas to a minimum heat, and slowly heat it up (I want it to be convenient, of course, use a pot will work)
3
See that the oil is starting to bubble up a little, and the pepper will change color slightly. Otherwise, it will become burnt and lose its fragrance. It is too tender and spicy to be fully refined and will not taste good.
4
Heat up and pour into the shredded radish that has just been seasoned
5
Mix well, and you can eat it after 10 minutes
