Steps for fried sweet glutinous rice cake

Six pieces of dried glutinous rice cake (sold in supermarkets).

Change the knife and cut it into small squares of equal size (on average, one large piece is changed into three small pieces).

Pour half a pot of oil and heat it over high heat.

When the oil temperature reaches 60% hot, change the heat to a low level, add the glutinous rice cake piece by piece, fry until one side changes color, turn over the side and fry again, then turn over again, turning over constantly, so that both sides of the glutinous rice cake are evenly heated. The oil temperature cannot be too high, so that the surface of the glutinous rice cake will not bubble.
