What I miss is not a breakfast but a memory. When I was a child, as long as there were guests staying at home, my father would ask me to take a chopstick early the next morning (the fried dough sticks that had just been put out of the pot are quite hot, and if they were put in plastic bags, they would easily be burned and damaged, for fear of being harmful. So he used chopsticks to string fried dough sticks, which was easy to pick up.) He went to the big cake shop in the alley to buy a few fried dough sticks. When he came back, he had already ground soy milk and cooked porridge. The side dishes were preserved egg and pork floss, and pickled melon. This is the richest breakfast in my memory.

As I grew up slowly, I left my hometown to study, and the fried dough sticks seemed to have disappeared from my mind and sight... After returning to China, I rarely thought about it again.     Mix all ingredients, add water and stir well for about 5-8 minutes, and knead into dough. Then cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit for about 20 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap, rub and kick it repeatedly for 2-3 minutes, and then cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand. Generally, let it stand for 6-10 hours in winter and about 2-3 hours in summer.
