Remove the bones and cut them into small dices, and cut them into a little bigger than the beans. Use chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, and salt to mix well, and add a little starch. Not too much starch to mix the chicken evenly. Marinate for 5 minutes

After stir-frying the green peppers until the skin turns white, add the freshly stir-fried chicken, add a small amount of chicken essence and monosodium glutamate salt, a little, because the chicken has been marinated once. Stir fry and start to pan

  • Pepper chicken Make Tips

The green pepper I mentioned can be picked from trees or bought on the street when the pepper is ripe and has a numbing smell. You can prepare more. Wrap the freshly bought or picked pepper in plastic bags and place it in the quick-frozen refrigerator. Take it as you eat, and remember to wrap it again after taking it to avoid the smell.
