Steps for Curry potato chicken

1
prepare ingredients
2
Cut the potatoes into slices, dice the carrots (actually, I don't really want to like carrots, so I dice it, if you like carrots, cut it into slices), chop the chicken wings in half (personally, I think it's easy to taste, so I don't need to cut it in half) and finally dice the onions.
3
Put the onions in the pan and fry them
4
Put in the chicken wings and fry them
5
Finally, put the potatoes and carrots in and stir-fry, stir-fry for about a minute and turn off the heat
6
Take out the green curry,
7
Put it into a pan with water and cook (about 2 bowls of water)
8
Pour the freshly fried ingredients into the green curry pan
9
Cover the lid. I use an induction cooker at home. I first boiled the green curry on maximum heat, and then boiled on minimum heat for 30 minutes.
10
Try the flavor halfway and add the curry powder and salt I mentioned.
11
It's complete... The taste is quite numb and spicy. It may be a little long for 30 minutes. The potatoes melt in your mouth. It's delicious!!!
