Steps for stir-fried chicken with fresh pepper

First cut the chicken into small particles, wash off the blood repeatedly with hot water, and soak in hot water for 2-3 minutes

Cut the pepper, ginger, and garlic into small diced pieces for later use (when it was time to stir-fry, I realized that there were no pepper at home, so I had to make do with it)

Squeeze the chicken dry and place it with salt, pepper and appropriate amount of cooking wine

Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry the chicken to remove excess water

After the chicken is white, add garlic, ginger and pepper and continue to stir until the chicken is dry

The chicken will taste better when it dries. Add diced chili peppers and stir fry for ten seconds, add MSG to serve.
