Add powdered sugar and egg mixture twice and stir well. Finally, sieve in flour and mix well. Wrap in plastic wrap and wake for more than 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and rub it into thin strips at the top and thick strips at the bottom, pour and place it on a baking sheet. Don't place it vertically according to my picture. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the cookies for about 20-25 minutes. Adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.

The chocolate melts in water, and the water temperature is about 40-50 degrees.
