Bear Cake

Steps for Bear Cake

Beat the egg yolks.

Add corn oil and stir well.

Add pumpkin puree and stir well.

Add sifted low flour and gently stir well.

Mix the egg yolk paste as shown in Figure 5.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat until rough.

Add 1/3 of the sugar and continue to beat.

Beat until it is finely foamed as shown in Figure 8, and then add 1/3 of the white sugar.

Continue beating until the wet foaming state in Figure 9, and add the remaining sugar.

Beat until it is hard to foam, which means lifting the egg beating head and showing an upright small triangle.

Add 1/3 of the protein paste to the egg yolk paste and stir well.

Mix well.

Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg white paste.

Turn or cut and mix evenly.

Place the mold on a baking sheet and pour in the cake batter. Put into the oven, heat the middle layer, slowly bake at 170 degrees, 25 minutes.

Preparation: 1. Separate egg yolk and egg white. 2. Sift the low flour. 3. Sprinkle some water on the surface of the pumpkin slices, microwave for 4 minutes, remove and mash into a paste, and sieve for later use.
