baby cuttlefish
By RandiBarrows
I bought some frozen cuttlefish in the Chinese market and put it in the refrigerator for a long time. Today, I took it out to defrost it. I wanted to make a cuttlefish with delicious flavors. I forgot to buy delicious cuttlefish, so I created my own. I used soy sauce and added a little fish sauce and chicken essence, mixed it into a copycat "Weiji", which tasted good.

Steps for baby cuttlefish

1
Thaw cuttlefish larvae and dry them or use kitchen paper to drain the water, soak in the oil (so as not to have too much water during the stick time), and pick up for later use.
2
Start another pot, add shredded ginger, garlic, chili pepper and a few pepper grains, saute until fragrant, pour in the cuttlefish, and sprinkle with a little pepper flour.
3
Inject "copycat flavor".
4
Pour it evenly and put it on the pot.
