Braised sun fish
Sunfish have few thorns and very tender meat! It is very suitable for the elderly and children. It just happens that my old lady and little baby both like to eat fish and take the sun. Children are like the rising sun full of sunshine and hope!

Steps for Braised sun fish

Remove the internal organs of the sunfish, wash them, and soak them with salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan and add oil, put the fish into both sides, fry it to 80% cooked, and use it vigorously. Leave the bottom oil at the bottom of the pan, and add shredded ginger, garlic moss, and carrot in turn.
