Steps for Chongqing old-fashioned hot and sour noodles

Soak sweet potato powder in warm water for 30 minutes. and cut appropriately. Remove it for later use.

Chop garlic, ginger, and green onions. Cut the sour beans into small pieces, and cut the coriander into small pieces.
