Steps for spring rolls

Wash the spiced beans, peel off the leaves of cabbage and wash, wash the carrots, peel them, and shred them for later use.2
Wash the pork, shred it, place it in a bowl, add soy sauce and starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it, add shredded pork and stir-fry until done, and serve.4
Stir the rest of the fillings with residual oil until done, then add shredded pork and salt and stir well, and finally add water starch to thin and thicken to make the spring roll filling.

Spread out the skin of the spring rolls flat, wrap in appropriate amount of filling rolls respectively. Put in a hot oil pan and fry until golden brown, remove and drain the oil.
