    Wash the chicken wings, cut them in half, mix well with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, spicy fresh food, corn flour, shredded ginger, and minced garlic for 1 hour.

    Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices of about 2cm, wash the green peppers and cut them into strips.
