Steps for Cream prawns

Open the back of the prawns in advance and remove the shrimp line

Put a small piece of butter into the pan. I use a bright box of butter. The small box contains just the right amount

After the butter is heated, add the shrimp in and fry it on both sides to brown and spray with a little white wine.

Add half a cup of boiling water and add a curry piece the size of a thumb fingernail. Be careful not to add too much curry. We are not making curry shrimp. Then add a small teaspoon of coconut milk, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to boil.
