Steps for steamed egg

  • 1
Add 1 teaspoon of coffee salt to three bowls of eggs and stir well. The lean meat is about one or two pieces. Those who like to add chives can chop two pieces, two spoons of oil (only one spoonful if it is melted into lard) two large spoonfuls of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of cooked white sesame seeds.
  • 2
Put the oil on the pan and cook until it is 60% hot. Pour in the minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until done. Add oyster sauce and chopped green onions (I didn't put green onions) and stir-fry until fragrant. Put it in a small bowl in the pan for later use.
  • 3
Put a steaming rack into the pan, add water to boil, add hot purified water and oil at about 50 degrees Celsius to the egg juice, stir well, place it on the steaming rack, cover it, and steam over medium high heat.
  • 4
After steaming for about four minutes, remove the cover once and let it dry for more than ten seconds, then cover the cover and continue steaming.
  • 5
After steaming for about three more minutes, insert bamboo chopsticks into the egg in the center of the bowl to check. If it is still too thin, cover it and steam for more than a minute before checking until the egg at the bottom of the center of the bowl is solidified to the same level as the egg surface.

Remove the bowl, spread the minced meat on the egg surface, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, serve on the table, and start eating.
