Microwave tomato shrimp
Ingredients: ketchup,fine sugar,oyster sauce,fresh shrimp,corn oil,color pepper,braised soy sauce,red wine

Steps for Microwave tomato shrimp

    Wash fresh shrimp and drain. Use scissors to cut off the whiskers of the shrimp, cut open the back of the shrimp, use a toothpick to pick off the shrimp line, add a little wine, and marinate for about 15 minutes

    Place a large teaspoon of corn oil in Glass (or other microwave-friendly container). Cover with plastic wrap, leave a small bite to relieve the air, and bite on high heat for two minutes.

    Remove the container, open the plastic wrap, and add the pickled fresh shrimp. Cover it with plastic wrap again, leave a small bite to relieve the air, and sit on high heat for two minutes
