Steps for Microwave tomato shrimp

Wash fresh shrimp and drain. Use scissors to cut off the whiskers of the shrimp, cut open the back of the shrimp, use a toothpick to pick off the shrimp line, add a little wine, and marinate for about 15 minutes2
Place a large teaspoon of corn oil in Glass (or other microwave-friendly container). Cover with plastic wrap, leave a small bite to relieve the air, and bite on high heat for two minutes.3
Remove the container, open the plastic wrap, and add the pickled fresh shrimp. Cover it with plastic wrap again, leave a small bite to relieve the air, and sit on high heat for two minutes4
Remove the container, turn the shrimp over with chopsticks, put it back into the microwave, and continue to bite on high heat for about two minutes.5
Put the remaining 15ml of corn oil into another microwaveable container, cover it with plastic wrap, leave a small bite to let off air, and sit on high heat for two minutes6
Remove the container and add ketchup. Braised soy sauce. Oyster sauce. Add a little white sugar, stir all seasonings well, return to the microwave, and bite for about a minute on high heat7
Remove the container, open the plastic wrap, add the previously treated shrimp, mix well, cover it with plastic wrap, leave a small bite to let off the air, and bite it again on high heat for another minute.
