Soak the tea leaves in boiling water for later use. You can use any tea leaves according to your preferences. I use Tieguanyin!

Wash the eggs and set aside.

Cut the onions and ginger well and use them with other ingredients.

Add eggs, salt and all ingredients to the brewed tea. If there is not enough water, add some more water to cover all the ingredients.

After the water boils, pick up the cooked eggs and use a spoon to crack the egg shell so that it can be better flavored. Continue to cook the knocked eggs in the tea soup for another ten minutes, and then turn off the heat and let the eggs soak in the tea. Continue to taste.
