taco with shredded pork and sauce
By GardnerHuels
Today, I'd like to have a copycat sauce shredded pork taco that combines Chinese and Western cuisine. Because tortillas are bought in American supermarkets, it is convenient and simple. However, a better way is to use a 1:1 flour and water to stir the tendons, rub them on the pan, and make them into pancakes. LD has to go to work, so I don't have time to make them, so I adopted this simple lazy method.

Steps for taco with shredded pork and sauce

1
Cut the meat into threads, add 1 tablespoon of corn flour and grasp well with your hands, and then fry until light yellow.
2
Blanch carrots, yellow radishes and celery in water. You can do this without doing it.
3
Add minced garlic and 1.5--2 tablespoons of sweet flour sauce to a soup. I made my own idea to add half a tablespoon of seafood sauce, saute until fragrant, add shredded pork, add a little sugar to taste, stir well, then mark a thin sauce, sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil, serve on the plate.
4
Remove the remaining sauce in the pan on a plate, then use another plate to put the seafood sauce, use two plates to make dipping, and sprinkle the shredded pork with stir-fried sesame seeds.
5
If you have a gas stove at home, you can put tortillas on the stove and bake them. If you have an electric stove, you can also put them in a pan to bake them hot, or put them in the microwave for 20 seconds.
6
Wrap it in shredded pork and vegetables and dip it in the sauce. It tastes very good.
