Ingredients: Ingredients: 4-6 kapok, 25g of coix seed, 25g of lentils, 400g of pork bones, 2 candied dates, 3 slices of ginger, a small piece of dried tangerine peel

Soak fresh kapok in light salt water for 20 to 30 minutes and wash. Wash tangerine peel and candied dates.
