Ingredients: strawberry jam

- flour 550 grams
- Orange sauce 100 grams
- strawberry jam 100 grams
- spinach juice 50 grams
- cocoa powder 20 grams
- black sesame 30 grams
- yeast 6 grams
- baking powder 6 grams
Steps for Watermelon bun

Take 200 grams of flour, 100 grams of strawberry jam, appropriate amount of black sesame seeds, yeast, and baking powder and knead them into dough.

Take another 200 grams of flour, add orange sauce, appropriate amount of yeast, baking powder and black sesame seeds (I forgot to put them when taking pictures) and knead them into dough.

The remaining flour is kneaded with spinach juice and cocoa powder with yeast and baking powder to form green and brown dough. Wake up together for half an hour.

Rub strips and add a dose.

The green dough is squashed and rolled into a round thin skin, and the brown dough is twisted into thin strips and crossed on the round skin to create a rice-shaped shape.

Turn over and wrap the red or yellow dough with the pattern outward.
