Steps for tiramisu

1
Prepare all ingredients. (Tiramisu is actually not difficult to make, as long as all the ingredients are prepared. Basically, you can do it successfully!)
2
3 egg yolks set aside.
3
Beat the egg yolks with an egg beater until thick.
4
Put the sugar into the water.
5
Cook into sugar water until it boils.
6
After the sugar water boils, turn off the heat and stir up the thick egg liquid to slowly pour into the sugar water.
7
Stir while pouring in.
8
After pouring the egg yolks, continue to beat with an egg beater for about 5-10 minutes.
9
Pour the cooled egg yolk paste into a large bowl and set aside.
10
Break the gelatine slices into small pieces and soak them in cold water to soften.
11
Drain the water and heat it through water until the gelidine tablets melt to form a gelidine solution.
12
Remove Muscarpine cheese and set aside.
13
Use an egg beater to beat the mascarone until smooth.
14
After beating, the Mascapone is very smooth, and the eggbeater will not feel resistance.
15
Muscarpine Add egg yolk liquid.
16
Add the gelatine tablets softened in advance.
17
Use an egg beater to beat the animal whipped cream until it is soft and fluffy, and the lines have just appeared.
18
Set aside the beaten cream.
19
Pour the mascarpine cheese paste into the cream and stir well.
20
Stir evenly the Muscarpine cheese paste and set aside.
21
Rinse the instant coffee with hot water and stir the instant coffee and coffee wine evenly. Take a finger cookie and quickly dip it in coffee wine until the finger cookie is covered with coffee wine.
22
Place the finger cookies in the bottom of the cup.
23
Pour in a layer of Muscarpine cheese paste. Continue to spread a layer of finger biscuits dipped in coffee wine on the Muscarpine cheese paste and pour in the remaining half of the Muscarpine cheese paste.
24
Place the cake mold in the refrigerator and chill for five to six hours or overnight. After the cheese paste solidifies, remove the mold and sprinkle with cocoa powder on the surface to enjoy it!tiramisu Make Tips
1. If you don't have Muscarpine cheese, you can use cream cheese instead, but the taste will be much worse. After all, the most important thing to make Tiramisu is Mascapone. 2. Gelatin tablets can be soaked in water before making tiramisu, drained and melted. When dissolving the geldine tablets in water, the temperature should not be too high, otherwise the coagulation effect of the geldine tablets will be affected. 3. Some people heat the egg yolks to beat them, but I tried but failed, so I used hot sugar water to add them to the batter. I suggest using this method! 4. If you don't have coffee wine, you can mix it with rum by adding instant coffee to hot water (instead of adding 1/2 tablespoon of pure instant coffee powder to 40ML hot water).
