Theoretically, it should be baked at 350F-400F, but my oven is out of control and often exceeds the set temperature, so I only use 230F. I suggest baking a smaller batch for the first tray to test the temperature first; if you are confident, then follow your own experience. Also, the butter and peanut butter need to be beaten enough to ensure clear patterns—you cannot skip this step. If you are afraid it is too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar appropriately. I have already reduced the sugar compared to the original cookie recipe because I am afraid of it being too sweet, and the boss at home is really too fat.
