Steps for Slightly spicy beer duck

1
Half of the duck, wash and chop it into pieces, slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, wash the rest of the side dishes.
2
Boil a pot of water, blanch the duck meat, boil off the blood, and take out for later use.
3
Heat the pan and saute the ingredients until fragrant, over medium heat to prevent the dried peppers from burning.
4
Add the duck meat, change to high heat, and stir-fry until the duck meat is slightly oily.
5
Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of white sugar and stir-fry well, and a small amount of salt.
6
Add a can of beer and cook over medium heat until the juice is over.
7
Collect the juice over high heat. Super beer flavor.
