Wash 12 chicken feet.

Put the chicken feet into the pan with water. After the water is boiled, cook for 13 minutes on high heat. Pick up and pour into cold water. Pour in a small amount of water to wash away the small amount of oil on the surface. Rinse for an hour and a half.

Pour away the water and season. 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sunflower seed oil, mix well. Put the lid on and open it for an hour.
