Steps for Drunken Huaichun Prawns

Shred green onion and ginger, slice garlic, and shredded green and red peppers.

Wash the river shrimps, and add Lee Kum Kee thin salt soy sauce, onions, ginger, garlic and green and red peppers to the washed river shrimps.

Pour in the wine.

Soak for 1 hour and serve.
