Steps for Two Flavors of Pork Chop Rice

1
Prepare pork, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, cooking wine, lemon, sugar, Korean spicy sauce or Thai spicy sauce (see which one you prefer).
2
Cut large pieces of pork and marinate with cooking wine, pepper and salt. You can add more salt.
3
Juice half of the lemon for later use.
4
Dip the marinated pork chops with dry starch first.
5
The pork chops dipped in the starch are then dipped in the egg liquid and then wrapped in the bread bran. Repeatedly dipped in the egg liquid and the bread bran can be wrapped very thick.
6
Wrapped pork chops, this is wrapped in 2 layers.
7
Brush the pan with a little oil and fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides. (The bread crumbs will absorb a lot of oil and will be greasy, so I use fried ones)
8
Stir lemon juice with a little water, salt, sugar and starch to make a juice. Put sugar according to your taste, add more sugar if you like it sweet. I make it sour.
9
Sprinkle the rice with black sesame seeds and place on the cut pork chops.
10
Pour the juice. I put in 2 kinds of juices. The white and transparent one is lemon sweet and sour juice, and the red one is Korean hot sauce. I actually wanted to put Thai spicy sauce in it, but I don't have it at home...
