Tomato clams
I don't know whether this clams are flower clams or sand clams, so let's call them clams! I didn't ask when I bought it, but I just thought it was very fresh.

I added some tomatoes and fried them together. Unexpectedly, it highlighted the delicious flavor even more. Hahaha, another lucky catch ~

    The seeds of the tomatoes were removed to produce less water when frying.

    Saute the ginger slices in oil, add tomatoes and stir fry.

    Add clams and stir fry, add some brandy, salt, and black pepper.
