Steps for Dry steamed duck

Prepare the required ingredients.

Chop the old water ducks into pieces and oil them for later use. Stir the ingredients until fragrant, add the duck pieces and stir-fry for 30 minutes. Put the seasoning into the stir-fried duck meat and soak for 2 hours to taste.
