Steps for Pork liver with pickled pepper

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the pig liver clean. Wash onions, ginger, pepper and garlic.

Soak pickled pepper and ginger into appropriate size, cut green onions into sections, and shredded garlic. Slice pork liver, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, shredded ginger, starch, and oil to marinate.
