Pretreat the duck, kill it, wash it...(the word N is omitted below), but it should be emphasized that an incision should be made in the duck's belly, from the duck's neck to the duck's belly, and do not cut the duck in half.2
Stuff garlic, ginger slices and green onions into the duck. You don't need to cut garlic and onions, just wash them and throw them in. Also, you can add more garlic, ginger slices and onions, the more the better.3
Put it into a pot of water and boil it. After the water boils, add soy sauce, cooking wine and onions (you can cut it into sections at this time ~), turn to low heat and simmer.4
When the soup is almost collected (don't be too dry, it's still a little soup), add sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, and spring onion segments, OK, take out the pan, and you're done, and don't let the cooked ducks fly away.
