Steps for Undecorated cream cake

Heat the egg yolk with water until the color becomes lighter, cool for later use

Put granulated sugar in the container and whip on low speed. Note here that the cream needs to be beaten at a low temperature, so I have frozen both the easy and egg whisking heads in the refrigerator.

Pour in the cooled egg yolk liquid

Whisk it into a light yellow. This color of food looks best. In fact, you can also just use cream without adding egg yolks. But I like the cream with a little color.
