Steps for big boiled dry silk

1
Cut coprinus mushrooms into small dices, shred ham slices and set aside
2
Slice the dried white tofu into thin slices first, and then cut into thin threads.
3
Bring the water to the boil, blanch the cut dried shredded silk in boiling water and pick it up immediately. This is to get rid of the fishy smell of beans
4
Heat the oil pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant, then add shredded ham, chicken leg mushroom and sea rice to stir fry
5
Add the stock, spread over the ingredients, and bring to a boil. It's okay if you don't have soup and hot water, but the soup will be a little worse
6
Finally, add the dried shredded silk, bring to a boil, add chicken essence and salt to season before taking out of the pan.
