    Prepare the ingredients, remove the tail of the snails (the boss had already cut them when buying them) and wash them

    Put the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic cloves, and peppers into an oil pan and stir fry until the green onion is slightly yellow. Pour in the washed snails and stir fry. Add appropriate amount of water and salt, soy sauce, braised soy sauce, BB ketchup, cover and cook for 6 minutes

    Pour some chili oil, stir fry, add MSG and green onion to serve (if you like spicy food, add more chili)
