Steps for Curried potato wings

1
Defrost and wash the chicken wings, and wash and peel the potatoes.
2
One box of curry is ready for use.
3
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
4
Cut coriander, onions and ginger into sections or slices respectively.
5
Heat the oil in the pan, add the chicken wings and fry them.
6
Fry until the chicken wings turn yellow, push aside, add the potato pieces and fry.
7
Fry until the potatoes are sixty-to-seven, pour out the excess oil, add water to flood the ingredients, and bring to a boil with the ginger slices.
8
Bring to a boil and continue to simmer for a few minutes, skimming off the foam. Then add three curries and melt.
9
After the curry melts, continue to simmer on low heat for a few minutes to taste. Push it with a spatula and carefully paste the bottom. Finally, add the coriander and spring onions.
